Sauna

Sauna is free of charge to all our clients. 

Before your first stay in the sauna, it is important to consult your doctor, especially if you have problems with blood pressure, diabetes, heart or respiratory diseases. The sauna is not recommended for children and pregnant women.

It is mandatory to take a shower before going to the sauna, and to use a towel during your stay. Avoid bringing items sensitive to high temperatures. In order not to cause dehydration due to increased fluid loss through sweating, you need to consume sufficient amounts of water.
